About Course

The Quick Change package is for 1st Responders, spouses, and family members who are looking to make subtle changes to their daily habits.  This is a great program for anyone who has short term goals or wants to make tweaks in already established routines, such as adjusting schedules after a shift change, creating a better work/life balance, or adding a self-care regimen.  If you have a limited schedule or budget, this is a great way to start seeing results with your 1:1 FRC Certified Coach as you move toward lasting peace and happiness!
